Nature you can taste

Our honey

A piece of Catalonia in every jar.

Our bees find nectar in the natural landscapes of Catalonia. From this diversity comes a honey whose origin matters to us as much as its careful extraction.

Where our honey comes from

Our hives are mainly located in protected natural areas or on selected organic farms in Catalonia. Away from large industrial monocultures, the bees gather nectar and pollen from a varied flora.

Quality starts at the hive

Caring for the colonies and the quality of the honey go hand in hand. Our honey comes from our own apiaries; we do not blend it with bought-in honey or stretch it with additives.

The flowers make the difference

The flowers make the difference

The taste of a honey tells of the landscape it comes from. In our analysed harvests, pollen from rosemary, thyme, bramble, Spanish lavender, buckthorn family and crucifers was found, among others. The composition changes with location, weather and flowering time.

Knowing where your honey comes from

Buying honey straight from the beekeeper means you can ask questions and learn about its origin. That closeness matters to us: showing who is behind our products, where our colonies live and how we work with them.
